Commissions
All prices are excluding postage, but do include minor prep work. Any extra prepping can be completed at a small cost, so please provide me with pictures of the models via email when asking for a quote.
Prices seen on the website are only a guide and the final quote is dependent on the references I am provided with, as some colours and patterns are more complicated to paint and so require more time to complete. I will provide you with photos at key stages during the painting process to keep you updated and involved in the process.
If you are sending me a model from outside the UK, please be aware that you will be required to pay a customs fee, when it arrives in this country, before I start working on the piece.
If you are a minor I require a legal guardian to be aware of the transaction. This consent must be provided via email to the address at the bottom of this page or through my contact form on the 'Contact' page before any payment is made.
I require a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure your commission slot. The remaining payment is not required until the horse is completed.
Models are not shipped until I have received the final payment.
Available Pieces
All available horse are in hand and ready to ship. They can be posted once I have received the final payment.
Props are made to order so despite our best efforts, they may take an extra week to be shipped out.
Time payments can be arranged for pieces of a higher value, however I will still require a non-refundable deposit to secure the model. If you require time payments please send me an email so we can organise arrangements.

Shipping
Both commissions and available pieces can be shipped internationally. Please remember that when buying models internationally you may be required to pay a customs fee. This customs fee is your responsibility.
All models are shipped with tracking via Royal Mail and will require a signature upon arrival.
Once your package has arrived, you have one week (seven days) to open it up, check it over and to then contact me if there is an issue with your model.
